Photojournalism Preview

 Explain what kind of planning and research the photographer had to ask to get the photos they took?
This was in Africa, maybe he got the news of the bombs in Africa and he went to see and took the picture.

This picture made me think  that there is not impossibles to make a better future, the photographer maybe discover this or someone told him and he went there.




3. Under the section on "Planning," what does the writer suggest doing to capture emotional images?
To get involved and ask people what they are protesting, fighting, etc at the event. 

4. Under the section on "Composition," what does the writer suggest doing to help you "pick a face out of the crowd?"
the writer says to not take too many photos of the back of peoples heads, it lack emotion and to capture a good photo you should catch at least one persons face and have it framed in any way you can.

5. What is a photo essay?
A collection of images that capture with a progression of events, emotions, and concepts.

HDR photography

1. What does HDR stand for?
High Dynamic Range

2. In your own words, explain what makes an HDR photo an HDR photo?
HDR Photography is a type of photography that allows an image appear as if the human eye was the one who took the photo. Without out HDR affect, parts of the image would be over exposed or under exposed, it just combines picture together to get the perfect photo.

3. What is bracketing?

Bracketing is when you take 2 or more photos with different exposures, then you combines them to make on "perfect" picture.

4. What software can you use to produce an HDR image?

Photoshop
 
5. When selecting layers, what do you have to be careful about when creating your HDR photos?
 you have to be careful about not selection to many photos because it leaves pixels exposed.
