RAW camera file format and photography

What are three advantages of a RAW file:
Better quality images
Higher in dynamic Range
Data completely for camera senor
What is one disadvantage of a RAW file:  sometimes its not as sharp
What are three advantages of a JPEG file:
Saves you space
Higher in contrast
No need of correction ( most of  the time)
What is one disadvantage of a JPEG file:  Low in dynamic range

1. Under the first heading "Capturing the Images," how much of the data does a RAW file retain after it is captured by the camera?
RAW uses all the data

2. Under the second heading "Processing the Files," what are some of the things that a RAW file enables a photographer to edit after the image is taken?
you have control over things like white balance, contrast, highlights, shadows, colors and saturation.

3. Under the third heading "Practicalities," what are some of the factors that photographers must consider when deciding to shoot in RAW?
RAW Format takes up more space than JPEG.

4. Under the fourth heading "Which one is for you?" why would an aspiring professional photographer need to know how to work with RAW files?
JPEGs have limited editing options so you cannot maxims the image potential, but if you don't want to deal with editing extensively then you should stick with JPEG but if you dont mind editing and processing a better quality image then you should you RAW.

Maria Fernanda is in a festival in Austin Down Town enjoying the shows.  After that she went for a walk and buy a soda.
Jorge is one of the singers in the street festival.  He had a lot of fun singing and watching all the people dancing.
She looks happy.  She didn't want to pose for me but a really love this picture.

Aperture, Shutter Speed, ISO Review

Aperture

F/2.8
What part of the body should we closely relate aperture?  The women

F/16
What part of the body should we closely relate aperture? The sky or the border

Finish this sentence - the smaller the Aperture small pupil size, the higher the Aperture large pupil size.

The Depth of Field is that is the f/ numbers are big and more more big the smallest aperture.  And if the f/ numbers are smaller greatest aperture.  Depth of Field and f/ numbers is how blurry is going to be the picture.

Shutter Speed

Fast Shutter Speed
Slow Shutter Speed

1. If you were assigned to shoot at Blue and Gold night, which was earlier this month, what shutter speeds do you think you would have to shoot at the following events that night I would like you to answer the question for the following two situations:
At the beginning while the sun is still partially up and the courtyard has reasonable light..
a.)High Shutter Speed
b.) High Shutter Speed
c.) Medium Shutter Speed
d.) Slow Shutter Speed
e.) Slow Shutter Speed
f.) High Shutter Speed

Towards the end when there is no sun and has gotten dark enough that you can't see from one end of the courtyard to the other..
a.) Medium Shutter Speed
b.) Medium Shutter Speed
c.) Slow Shutter Speed
d.) Slow Shutter Speed
e.) Slow Shutter Speed
f.) Medium Shutter Speed

Shutter Priority- is the mode where you set the shutter speed and the camera selects for you the aperture.
Manual- is the mode where automatically put the shutter speed and the aperture.
Aperture Priority- is the mode where you set the lens of the aperture and the camera sets for you the shutter speed.

ISO

ISO200
ISO3200

1. What are the advantages of shoot at a higher ISO at a sporting event like basketball or a night football game? we can use it when there is not enough light and we can freeze the photo and the flash is more lightly and it help you.
2. What suggestions did the author make about using a low ISO? less sensitive is to the light.
3. What suggestions did the author make about using a high ISO?increase the sensitive of the light.
